Refund policy

RETURNS

We hope you will love your Rozi items as much as we do. If for any reason it is not the perfect match for you and your home, you may return it to us providing the following:​

• You return your items within 30 days of purchase.
• Items are in the original condition and packaging.
• Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items. This does not apply if you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item. 

To return your items:

• Send us an email to hello@rozi.co.uk letting us know what you want to return and the reason.
• Send your items back in the original packaging to the address we will provide.
• Make sure you get a proof of postage.
• Once received, we will check the item and process your refund within 7 days.
